Our checkout process is powered by both STRIPE and PAYPAL, two of the most trusted online payment solutions. You don’t need to have an account. The padlock, in front of our URL, domain name, indicates the page is secure. This is because the site uses HTTPS, which requires a security certificate, enabling encryption. Certificates are issued once the site owner’s identity has been validated.

Due to the digital nature of the products and the fact that it is a downloadable file, no refunds will be given.

Every digital purchase is non-refundable, as there is no way for us to tell whether you use or save the design. We are using Corjl to give you the best experience. Use the free DEMO link to edit the design with your brand’s name before to buy it.

All communication is more easy for us with our email. You can use our Contact page or contact@eco-zen.ca But also if you need to talk to us you can use our booking calendar in our Contact page, and we can manage a call meeting via Skype.

Your purchase is good for one licence and can be use by only one user.

There are 2 ways you can access your purchased items. After purchasing an item in our shop, Corjl will immediately send out an email message to you. The message will contain a link, which you can use to open your items in Corjl. You can also go directly to Corjl.com to access your purchased items. Yes, basic edits can be made using mobile devices. You can change text, move objects around, replace images and download using a phone or handheld device. If you want to make additional changes, you will need to use a desktop or laptop computer.

You can change and personalize any editable text. Read each listing to know the details how you can edit the design. Each design is different. But basically you can add text boxes, add or replace images, duplicate art boards and move elements around.

You can instantly personalize your purchased items (change text and add photos) with a mobile device, including Android and iOS.

Read the description of the listing to know what is included. But most of our designs will have PNG (Transparent background), JPG (Write background), and PDF (Print). If you need a specific format please contact us.

Yes, if you use the demo link the font names and color numbers are hidden. Once purchased, you will have access and see the information.

The time frame I allocate for website design is 8 weeks or fewer. It depends on how many pages and what is your request. Sometimes it could be very fast. Contact us with your details.

A schedule and deadlines for both of us will be discussed.

Hosting and domain name are not included in our prices.
