Support – FAQ

Some colors can be changed. And some cannot be changed. You will find the information in the description of the theme. We use for some designs Photoshop, Illustrator or other tools to build and add custom coded in the theme. But if you would like a color change, you can purchase the add-on Color change.

• Download the file you have purchased on your computer.
• From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.
• In the Theme library section, click Upload theme.
• From the Upload theme window, click Choose File to select the zip file that you want to upload.
• Click Upload. The theme will be added to the Theme page of your admin.
• Enter the customization area by clicking the Customize button on the themes page.
• Publish new theme when ready.

For your Pages Zip folder, make sure your computer will not unzip automatically the Zip folder, if you have a  .json file you will have to compress the .json file and make a new zip.
